Fantastic service! The grooming was beautiful and it was clear that she took her time with our rescue who isn't always the easiest. The face shaping, paws and tail fit Tucker's personality perfectly without us having to request anything. She even checked for flees and looked at his teeth for us. I would highly recommend taking your pooch here!

Got our dog groomed here twice so far and it's great. Easy to book online with clear description of the services. Great place to pick up pet items not found at chain pet stores.

Really sorry I sought this place out. But my love of my pus and shopping at independent pet stores brought me there. I was looking for a new collar and leash for my pups and I was up-sold the most expensive product. Usually, I don't mind spending any amount on my pups- but in this case I regretted it. I let the sales person know I was not sure if the collars would fit and she told me if they don't to bring them back with the tags and it'll be no problem. Turns out the collars did not fit and the leashes were far to short. The tags got into the garbage and two days later I went to find out if anything could be done. I realized that a return would be out of the question but what about a store credit? Not at all. Nothing. So back I went to root though our garbage of two days from the weekend. Found the tags and then returned to the store. I asked for my money to be returned and was re-charged the outrageous price of $150 before she realized her error. She then became even more rude. It was a terrible interaction- she made me feel as if I was the big problem. I will never go back. The worst customer service I have experienced in a long time.

Carrie is amazing, only pet groomer we use for our 2-year old shiba. Very patient, always does a great job. Nice storefront as well with reasonably priced pet accessories.

Cute pet store, however, I would not recommend grooming. My poodle received an absolutely dreadful cut. He had a deep ridge across his back where the clipper length was obviously adjusted, his paws were not trimmed, and his ears were not cleaned properly. To add insult to injury, the owner offered $10 off his next grooming since I was unhappy. There will not be a next grooming at Ball & Biscuit!
