My dog has been infected with fleas after being groomed at pet parlour. He hasn’t been around other dogs for many months and the only time he is near any pets is during the day of his groom. They take too many dogs and obviously don’t have enough staff to take care, so they lock pets up in the pen with other animals until it’s there turn to be groomed. Big mistake going to this place. Typically, other places don’t take as many pets like pet parlour and only take in as much as they can handle Would give it a 0 rating but google won’t let me.

I brought my cat here for a lion cut, she had some matting on her back. The groomer did an awesome job, and the price remained what I was quoted. I recommend this place :)

*- 0 stars RUN! My dog got mites from this place. She hadn't been in contact with any other dogs / areas in the month prior to grooming here. The place denied it and said they wouldn't let their other customers know when I called to warn them, said it couldn't have been from there. The groom was terrible even without catching a parasitic mites... They also kept her all day, presumably locked up because they had TONS of dogs in that day. Told me it was very busy, then I heard them take in more dogs. They seem to take in any amount of dogs and obviously don't have the time / hygiene to care for them properly. Huge mistake taking my pup here. Run far away and wait for an actual appointment somewhere reputable.

I have two dogs a pomchi and a teacup pomeranian. The team at per parlour does a good job shaping my pom's fur!
