AVOID! Bark Avenue cut my cat in three different places and told me I needed to immediately take her to a veterinarian to fix the cuts as they were quite deep. They said they would cover the cost of the vet bills and apologized. However, after MONTHS of emails and phone calls they still only paid of the vet cost! They never checked on the cat they cut and the animal hospital wanted Bark Avenue’s name to warn everyone not to go there. A significant problem seems to be the owner who doesn’t seem to care about her customers at all. It blew my mind how careless and dismissive she was to just cover the vet costs for several cuts she knew and acknowledged were her responsibility. Horrible! AVOID! 🚫🐈💉❌❌

Highly recommended this grooming salon!!!! My dog is always happy when I drop him off and I am always happy with the groom when I pick him up. Great staff, great place! ☺️ 🐕

I've been taking my dog to Bark Avenue for a few years now, and I am SO glad I found them! They are absolutely the most meticulous groomers who really are TRUE professionals. My pup always comes out with the proper haircut for his breed, and is immaculate. The people there are very loving and I trust them wholeheartedly with my dog. I would recommend Bark Avenue to everyone! They really do love animals and are truly committed to top quality grooming, there is nowhere better on the North Shore! Thank you Bark Avenue for loving my pup :)

I booked an appointment a week in advance. I have been going here for a couple years now with pleasant results. So I thought I would receive the same service, but I was wrong. I came expecting to pay the regular $110 price for a shave and bath that I have always payed, but once I arrived, I was told it would cost $170-$180 and was told it is up to me what I want to do!!!!! If you want to charge more thats fine, but tell me well in advance so you don't waste my time. I was expecting to pay the same price as I have always been paying. I will not be going here anymore. Bark Avenue you lost a loyal customer and will be sharing my experience with those around me.

I have been taking my Siberian cat here for the last 4 years and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with her. If you’ve ever had to even BATHE a cat you will know it’s not fun, Tianna and the girls at Bark Avenue make shaving Mia look like a breeze. Every time I take Mia in they are so sweet and loving to her. They cuddle her and make her feel safe and happy. I would never take her to anyone else.
