Exemplary customer service. I knew nothing about dog food and was taken through the large array of what was on offer including some free treats for my dog to try. Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Will be my go to dog store.

Great little shop. Super friendly staff, always well stocked, and great location for downtown pet food shopping.

Very happy with the service I received here. I went in literally lost in what is okay to feed my animal and what isn't due to incorrect information given to me by three previous pet stores. I was lucky enough to have the owner help me and he changed my cats life. He informed me about every little detail and answered every question I had. She is feeling a million times better with this new food and I cant wait to get all my pet supplies and goods there!!! :) Someone who is passionate about animal health and knowledgable is someone I trust in feeding my animals. Thanks Bones!!!!!!!!!

The staff are very friendly and helpful here. They are knowledgeable about their products ans they have a lot of good items. However, it is in Yaletown and is very expensive.
