I am new to the area and decided to try this company because of the reviews and I was extremely disappointed. My dog is 50lbs, medium size, and they had told me on the phone it's $55 for medium but I was charged $73...and for the worst groom of his life. I'm not even sure she understood my instructions. I showed photos of the way I want it plus I explained many times. They shaved his whole body AND WAY too short. Yet his paws and head was barely touched. If they were, it was all uneven and spotty. Took me 2 hours of my own trimming later to get it looking decent. Sigh. And to top it all, when I first came to pick him up after they called, only half of him was done. I had to wait another 20 minutes for them to finish. Truly disappointing.

Best Groomer EVER. She really loves dogs, sometimes better then me for my boy. Their boarding service are perfect! Our dog is now 7 years old and we just found Pro Pet Grooming to give him the best cut ever. Will not go anywhere else!

This place is awesome!! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they treated Lotto with so much love and care. My one and a half yr old peke came home looking beautiful, soft and happy! I also liked their play area where they can play freely and safely after they're done getting groomed. Definitely will visit again!
