Good hours so I can pop by after work. The only store that carries K9 Naturals. My dog loves going in to visit. They always have plenty of treats. Friendly family run business

This gentleman is so friendly and helpful, I always go here for food, toys, leashes etc. He always ensures to give me my points, samples and dollars off next purchases 😁 My fave place round.

My dog loves this place. She doesn't like the car anymore but perks up when coming here. They have good service and really want to be helpful. When I say "they" I mainly mean John. John is the only person that my dog will let cut her nails. Now more than ever as she is older. We did once get her nails cut there by someone else and it didn't go well. He pulled her leg too far and in awkward directions and we kept telling him she was unstable and he didn't listen. He said "yeah, yeah". But he didn't stop and it was hurting her. John is very good about supporting her and will squat in awkward positions to make sure she is comfortable. The other guy pulled her leg back and sideways so he was more comfortable. So, I say 5 stars for when John is there and 1 when he isn't.

I just brought my 2 dogs for nail trim and after that I noticed that the nails are still too long. I went back to the store and the guy said I can cut them shorter, but it will bleed!! My dogs are 6and 7 years old. It not my first time trimming their nails, so Their nail trim is not something new to me. He said I cut them so I charged you ( no money back eventhough I went back to him right away) and he said if you find another place NO PROBLEM! that is the customer service that I got 😡
