Very clean, bright store. Very friendly staff. Pretty descent variety of product for both cats and dogs. My only complaint would be that the prices are a bit high but I do realize this is not a big box store. I love to support local business!

This place is awesome. Came across it after a dog walk in Rocky Point Park and what an awesome addition to Newport Village. It's run by a lovely couple who clearly love dogs (they were fostering a rescue behind the counter, and clearly knew all the 'regulars' who came through while we were there). All the big brands for food and treats, plus some really interesting stuff I hadn't seen before (shark cartilage!). They were genuinely interested in every animal that came in while we were chatting and "Lady" (my dog) left very happy with her new acquisitions

Jay & Karen are amazing! I work in the industry as well and love how much they care about the animals and their well being! We recommend them to all of our training clients for all supplies! Love supporting local business especially with such enthusiastic owners!

I went into the store with my 2 dogs and child. Within seconds of entering the store a dog jumped out from behind the front desk and bared teeth lunging at my dog and child. The owner came out from the back of the store and asked if that was her dog barking. I informed her it was and while she was telling him it was not ok he lunged at my dogs and child again. All the owner did was state he’s a rescue, but did not appropriately correct his behaviour, secure him nor remove him from the front of the store. We left promptly! I will never return to a store that puts their customers in danger. She compromised the safety of my dogs and child. Ever heard of a doggy gate? Perhaps they should invest in one and secure their dog behind the front desk until his unpredictable behavioural issues can be corrected.

Love, love, love this store! Great service and amazing selection of raw dog food. Super friendly family run business. My dog Jasper is so excited she runs from the car to get her favorite treats. Thanks!
