Friendly and knowledgeable. I’m glad I happened to stop by this shop. My son and I were getting our first cat, and I couldn’t have been happier. They have an amazing variety, along with the expertise to zoom in to what I needed.

Really knowledgeable staff. We were looking for a specific cat tree and they didn't carry it. But instead of leaving us in the dark, the staff helped find alternative stores in Vancouver and online that carried what I was looking for. I really appreciate the help since I now know the proper name of the tree I needed and have found a suitable one for our home.

Went to investigate and research some different food options for my cat. Despite not buying anything that trip, I will certainly be taking my business there from now on. We thought it was a Bosley's from memory (probably because of the green), and decided to go in anyway once we got there. After realizing it was just a small locally owned shop, I was impressed. The branding feels a lot more 'big chain store' at first, and says to me that their impression on people is just as important as the products they sell - especially for a smaller store to invest in design like that. The employees speak from experience, are very knowledgable on different products, and help you in any way they can. There's a huge variety in brands and products, a lot of them focused on healthier diets. If you went in knowing nothing about pets, they could steer you in the right direction.

Super friendly place that I've been taking my dog to since he was a puppy. The staff are pretty well versed in their knowledge and always have advice if I need help
