Great place to go. New Owner that took over in January of 2018 is very nice and everyone is very professional. They will let you know if they notice health issues and they acknowledged my concerns and offered solutions, politely! I wish most businesses did that. People just need to bring concerns to them personally instead of posting bad reviews. That's bad internet behavior.

We've been to these guys at least 4-5 times since they are close to us and had good reviews. It takes them a solid 4 hours to groom our 15 lb, 5 year-old shih-tzu. They always say he's easy to work with so I'm not sure why it takes so long. He's pretty nervous so he always comes back EXHAUSTED and kind of cranky. He smells nice and his face isn't irritated like at previous groomers, but his haircut is always kind of uneven in spots. Last time, it was his face, the hair on his cheeks was longer on one side. His body and legs are a little choppy and uneven. It doesn't REALLY matter because it's not like he's a show dog or anything, we just get him trimmed to keep him clean, but it would be nice if it looked more professional. It takes them so long to do it that we don't have the heart to bring him back to fix it. We're going to look for a new place.

brought our puppy for grooming and they chopped off a huge part of his tongue. the manager Sidney did not call us immediately, and let our dog bled for 10 mins. we had to go in ourselves to check up on why it’s taking so long before they told us what happened. totally not acceptable. Please, if you care for your dog, don’t bring them there.

I have been bringing my dog to this place for about 4 years. I believe there is a change in ownership, and ever since, the quality has been going down. There were many times where my dog came back with an uneven cut and his mouth and nose area looks like a triangle — as if they simply took a shaver and just shaved the sides. Although the receptionist and staff are very friendly, I’m very disappointed with the service and will not come back again.
