Absolutely LOVE this place. All the groomers are so sweet and loving, I know my fur baby is in good hands. He always coming out happy & more handsome then ever! I've been taking my pom here since he was 4-5 months old. I'm not sure of her name but she's an Asian lady & my dog truly adores her! Thank you, we'll be back again soon.

We went to Serene for a consult months ago. She provided a great consult, answered our questions and gave our toy poodle mix a quick face trim. We went back yesterday when she returned from out of town as we wanted to see if our little guy would like her spa. Serene took the time to get to know our puppy, she asked pertinent questions, took time for our puppy to get to know her and feel comfortable with her before taking him to get a trim. Unfortunately our puppy is new to the spa and was a bit scared. Perhaps because there were 2 bigger dogs there. Serene made sure to make note on his file not to have bigger dogs there at the same time. She even took the time to hand scissor our puppy's legs on the ground as he was apparently scared on the table. We brought photos in as samples of what we would like our puppy to look like. Serene did a FANTASTIC job. I would not hesitate to refer her business! She really takes the time to make sure she knows exactly what you want for your puppy/dog before you leave him/her for a grooming. I would highly recommend anyone to bring photos if they are concerned or particular about the look of their puppy/dog. Thanks so much.

Serene is very sweet and detail oriented. The questionnaires before grooming commencing help to set and explain customer's expectations. I have a shitzu x poodle and even though he's super cute and cuddly, he doesn't remain cuteness when he goes into a grooming place. The last 2 time we took him to suds n scissors he didn't back our nor show any elevated stress. We are very pleased with his hair cut and love the bandana Serene puts on him as a finishing touch. Would definitely recommend them!
