I have been taking my precious 12 year old dog to this groomer for over 4 years. She has always listened to me with how I would like my dog groomed. She takes her time with her as she is a nervous pooch.I find her pricing reasonable, grooming area very clean and the time she takes to get to know me as well as my pooch.

We’ve been taking our dog to Wizard of Paws for years! Please note that there is no sympathy or courtesy to loyal remaining 10+ year customers. For whatever reason Jill (the Owner) used a blade that didn’t cut our dogs hair long enough as she’s used in the past for all his haircuts. There was also long hairs on tail, belly, and lots of other places. It was way worse than usual, just unacceptable really. She must have been having an off day. I called her Friday and left a voice message which she never returned. I called her again today (Monday) in hopes to rectify issues and drop our dog off; but she scoffed at me and said I use the same blade everytime and it’s written in her notes (untrue, there is a huge difference and she’s lying). She then said the blade she used before was for pigs?!?!? And she doesn’t use it anymore. So that contradicts her earlier comment. Regardless of everything, I asked to drop our dog off to have it fixed and she flipped out and told us to find another groomer. No loyalty or sympathy for us her 10+ years customer. Do not go here! her grooming details have been sloppy for about a year now and we’ve always just stuck with her as we ‘thought’ she was a good person and super close to our home.

All I have to say is that I had a very bad experience with this salon. My dog had an APPOINTMENT at 10 AM, I showed up and apparently her power was out. I waited 15 minutes just in case she was late, but instead of opening the door and telling me her power was out, she 1) didn't pick up her phone (maybe it was cordless land line..fine but..) 2) didn't come to the door when I rang the doorbell. Instead, she hid in her house, then she opens her window and rudely screams out "My power is out what do you expect me to do!?!". She was very rude and I would not recommend anyone to her.
