Bosley’s itself is a wonderful establishment, but my experience with this location’s groomer has tainted my opinion. I took my fluffy Mini Goldendoodle in to get a TRIM and when I went to pick her up I was completely astounded; I actually thought I had picked up the wrong puppy! The groomer had decided to make an executive decision and shave her down save her ears and tail, although that was exactly ate OPPOSITE of what I asked for. I found it ridiculous that she did that, especially because my dog was not matted at all. When I took my puppy home she was almost lethargic as if going to get groomed drained her of all her energy. I later saw that her hind left paw was bloody and she would not walk on it. It took my puppy a week to recuperate and weeks longer to put any weight on her injured paw. The wound eventually got infected and she was in pain. All in all, the experience was extremely unprofessional and disappointing for both me and my furry four-legged friend. Please save your money, your time, and your pet. Do not go to this Bosley’s to get your pet groomed, you’ll both come out very disgruntled and unhappy with your decision.
