*** BE AWARE *** with how you communicate. Trimming means shaving here so I really don't want anyone to have to go through the same mistake. When I called after the haircut to ask they claim to have 30 years of experience and trimming means shaving. I called only to inform him that Pomeranians hair should never be cut that short - I don't even care about the money or refund. I really don't want this to happen to anyone else so PLEASE BE SPECIFIC OF WHAT YOU WANT. The second mistake was not looking at the reviews and according to the last review, it has been the same problem various times. A Pomeranian fur SHOULD NEVER, NEVER be cut that short -- it could cause health issues and the risk of the fur may not grow back. I absolutely will never come back here. Beyond disappointed. There are additional reviews on google - check that out before making your decision.

Used to think very highly of this place but today changed that. Very disappointing experience today. Service not only took almost 4 hours (the usual being 2) but we also didnâ€™t get what we asked for. The groomer had done a great job but was unfortunately told the wrong instructions by the owner. Our dog has a double coat and was shaved today which is not at all recommended for this fur type and can cause health issues. Not only did the owner not apologize for his mistake, he also tried to make it seem as if it was our fault by twisting words. No compensation was offered, in fact we were charged even more than normal due to the fact that it took the groomer 3.5 hours to groom him. A task that should have taken less time but apparently she stopped mid-groom to have an hour lunch break DURING our dogs time at this place. The owner is very unprofessional and there was clearly a lack of respect for our time and service. Will not be coming back.

This quaint pet supply store in Fraser Heights has many quality pet foods and accessories. They offer full pet grooming services and clip your pet's nails. The owner is amazing, friendly and very knowledgeable as he was a vet in his home country. As an added service, you can get cards and keys cut!

Leah who is now at this salon is my go to dog groomer. Sheâ€™s excellent with grooming and I wouldnâ€™t trust my dog with anyone else. Sheâ€™s the very best hands down, and very kind and gentle with your animals.. I feel very lucky to have found Leah and I recommend her to everyone. Sheâ€™s also been grooming for 18 years now if I remember correctly, so she knows what sheâ€™s doing!! Wherever Leah goes is where I bring my dog!
