We have been taking our fur baby to all play  for the past 5 years and have had nothing but outstanding service. They treat our boy like he's their very own. The service has always gone above and beyond. They truly do care about every single dog that goes in there and have a wonderful passion for what they do. I never worry about him when he is with them because I know that he is always having fun and being taken care of by Crystal and Francios.   There have been times when we have had emergency situations where we have had to drop him off for one or more nights with no notice whatsoever and they welcome him with open arms no questions asked. I have never once worried about the well being of him when he is with them. Thank you so much for your great service.   I can't even say the word "babysitters" without him jumping around...barking and waiting impatiently by the door to go!

Love the level of service I have received from Crystal and Francois whether it was at the day care or their B&B services- they have always been very accommodating and friendly. I always felt good about leaving my fur baby in their capable hands, and he always came home happy after a great day with his friends at All Play Pet Care and Adventures.

Very disappointing. I just had a very unfortunate reaction from the fellow at All Play Pet care/dog daycare in Castlegar when I went in with Lola to check it out in anticipation of when I will be away in February and she will need day care 3-4 days per week. The fellow got very defensive and impatient when I was sharing about Lola's needs with regards to positive training when I was asking him questions with regards to training and their methods etc,. When I asked him what kind of training he does for teaching dogs not to do something he showed me the spray bottle he uses to spray their face! I asked him if he does reward with positive training with small treats when dogs behave well to build on the positives rather than punish the unwanted behaviour with spraying them! He basically starting shouting at me that no one tells him how to run his business and told me to go somewhere else. I offer him compassion and by no way wish to direct him how to run his business but simply was trying to share about our dog's needs. An unfortunate experience and perhaps a timely invitation for this business to review their customer care and training methods and outlook to hopefully shift from aversive and abusive training to more positive and safer methods.

Francois & Crystal went above and beyond to help fit our schedule and made my anxious little girl feel right at home. Great people who love what they do.
