Great little store with a large selection of animal food, toys, treats, and accessories. The moderately high priced items in my opinion are the dog treats and chew toys. They do have a points program for consistent customers and the offer samples and free treats for the animal visitors. Animal grooming and bathing services available. Staff seem knowledgable, friendly, and polite

Great pet wash facility and a great selection for dog chews and treats. There's a friendly cat that wanders around the store so be mindful of that if you have your dog along.

We drove down from High Level to pick up a case of Carnivora for our dog, plus a few other food items. The girl at the counter was friendly but unfamiliar with the process of ringing it up. Eventually she was given instruction and we were on our way. Overall, a pleasant encounter, as we were not in any rush.

They were so much help when my mom and I came in asking about dog food and such :) very friendly staff and they showed our Cali girl lots of love! Thank you guys!

completely unreliable in regards to making orders and acquiring details on products that the current staff is not aware of. I put an order for a specific type of dog food that they carry, it has since been 4 weeks. I have been consistently asking when it will be in and ask that the manager call me. The staff takes my information down each time and I receive no reply. I am not the only one as a fellow in front of me ordered a reptile food and is going through the exact same situation. The customer service is poor and the staff have no knowledge on the products they carry. I will be taking my business to Grande Prairie's Bone n Biscuit instead.
