My pup loves going and always looks amazing after

I have been taking my whole gang 2 dogs and 2 cats to Hair of the Dog for grooming since Joy opened her business. I have never had an animal traumatized and the groom has always been done impeccably. When I come to pick them up, they are happily playing with the other animals in a lovely social setting. They keep cards on each animal so they always know what cut you want, if special shampoos are needed and if there is any special needs of the animal. I would recommend Hair of the Dog grooming very highly, Joy and her staff are very professional as well as having a wonderful report with all the animals leaving them feeling safe and happy.

Myself and Eddie (My 16 pound Yorkie Terrier) have been committed and frequent customers at Hair of the Dog Grooming and Barktique for the past 6 years. Eddie's experiences with past groomers have resulted in "Failed Pawgress Reports" (too tempermental) and groomer's refusing to have him back for a second visit! Hair of the dog staff have always provided excellent service to both myself and Eddie. Eddie has become much more manageable due to the kindness and trust he has developed with the grooming team. When I drop Eddie off for his appointments I know he is in good hands. When I return to pick him up he looks nothing less that fabulous!! I would highly recommend Hair of the Dog Grooming to others!

Had my service dog washed and groomed and he got the worst ear infection. He had never had that before as I keep him groomed. I had to take him to the Vet off of Ryan road and they took a sample and end up these groomers just sprayed water right into his ears , failed to trim his nails as they said my service animal was to difficult to handle. End of the day....90 dollar grooming bill ....300 dollar treatment to fix his ear infection....they may beg to differ but a week after they groomed my dog and I noticed his ear was bad..I took him in to the vet and they pulled out soap and scrubbing hairs from a brush from his ear.....if I could give zero stars I would!!!!!! For a wash and cut it cost me almost 400 dollars for your lack of care
