So we are looking to buy a puppy and thought it would be best to stop by and ask the experts for lots of advice. So in comes Tom. He was very helpful and answered all if our questions and concerns. He showed us the best puppy food, toys, treats, beds and other accessories to consider when bringing home your new puppy. We made the right choice to stop by here. I would definitely recommend Petland. It is a one stop shop for everything you need for your best friend.

I asked for a small sample of their litter in the big bin and they were happy to give it to me. The store has lots of staff. Prices are pricy however they have lots of selection. More selection for fish, small animals and birds than any other store that I have seen before. I recommend you come here if you have small animals. They also have a good selection of dog treats and toys. Some of the toys are at very reasonable prices. This story has a lot of live birds, rodents and fish as well.

The staff here are not knowledgeable ( we figured that one quickly when we asked about the guinea pigs gender and he said they have no way of knowing which is not true)they flat out lied to us about female Guinea pigs being rare only because they didn’t have them available. After we asked if we can order them he said we would have to pay double the price which would come to $110. We said we bought another one for much cheaper at pet smart and that’s when he started going off about how they are a terrible place and the animals are not social and lots of other rude comments. We ended up going back to pet smart and buying a cute female guinea pig for $34. They are healthy and get along really well and the staff were really helpful at helping us introduce the two together. I wouldn’t go back to petland. I suggest you shouldn’t either.

The woman in the fish area was very helpful. A fish enthusiast not just someone working a job. I'm confident that she was able to steer me to the species best for my tank.

Great staff! There are a few still being trained so some confusion on questions that I asked about starting a freshwater aquarium but you can see they are working on it! Great prices on their fish and they are guaranteed longer than Petsmart!
