We recently got our adorable Maltese, Coco. He was looking a little scruffy, so we brought him in for a puppy trim. He looks fantastic, thank you Sadie! She was so kind and gentle, Coco loved her. We bought all our supplies there. Very helpful staff, great managers, excellent return policy. I'm registered for puppy training in September. Fantastic full service pet store, highly recommend.

Took our puppy here last year for puppy training. Was fun and although it was things you could probably teach them at home it was good for the puppies to socialize and the trainer was full of loads of helpful information. For grooming they are very reasonably priced even for our now large dog and after one year of going to them they make you feel that they know and really like your dog even if she gets so excited and jumps and licks them all over. Lots of products and pet food for our cat too at reasonable prices. Also bought a very calm sweet hamster from them last year. They do not allow the kids to handle and drop them as they do at Petland which results in the hamsters being traumatized and biting. As of 2018 have to edit this review to say that the grooming salon is not the same and I will never take my dog back there again.

We just got an adorable morkie puppy. We stopped at PetSmart to pick up a few items. The staff was extremely helpful. Thank you for helping us welcome our baby girl!!

Terrible! Used to give good service but started going down the drain from 3 - 4 years ago. For many years I took both my dogs there for grooming services but I finally gave up giving them more chances. The staff keep complaining of being too busy and probably are happy to see clients not returning any more.
