This is a horrible place! They cut my puppy toy poodle tongue with scissors and didn't even apologize! They then proceeded to blame my puppy for constantly trying to sit while being groomed and for trying to lick them! - she's was a puppy for God's sake! Do not take your pets there unless you want to risk permanently traumatizing them! I should have listened to my instincts and cancelled the appointment when I met them. I watched the woman, she does not even look at what she is doing half the time while scissoring. They also still wanted to get paid afterwards. They were also rude and short on the phone while making the appointment. I have heard other people say that they rush you out of the shop after your done paying it's ALL about the $$$ with them/how many animals they can get through in the day and not about love and compassion for animals. PS I am also a certified dog groomer.

The woman here is always so kind to my old dog. No other place I'd go!
