The owner here is an odd and unprofessional man. One time I was buying dog food for my picky dog and he asked me if I was going to actually buy any food since I was looking at the free sample sized dog food bags, I just walked in and never even had a chance to look 2 feet past the food isle? I went and grabbed a bed the other day that was only available at Bosleys (unfortunately) and he asked me when I went to look at treats if I needed any help, as I was saying no thank you he continued say this..... Do you need any help.....Or what are you doing? Seriously is that the way you talk to people? What I was doing was being a customer looking at products? last $100 I spent there so I hope you enjoyed chasing off another customer. I also noticed the negative reviews are getting taken down.

We go here to buy food/supplies for our two cats. What you can expect from a pet store. They also have deals which are always good to keep an eye open for. However, I have found the staff to be a bit pushy and in your face, I think they just want to help and they are very nice. Perhaps the management is pressuring them to sell to customers, if this is the case, the managers should consider changing their policy or at least allow their staff to excessive judgement regarding who they try help extensively.

The staff are very helpful, it's a convenient location, and there's a pretty wide selection of the everyday essentials for a store if its size. The only issue really is the prices are a bit high.

Amazing service, they know more about my cats than I do!
