We took our 2 terrier mix dogs to Best Friends dog grooming and had a terrible experience. Initially when we arrived our older dog was quite shy and unsure, so the groomer took her leash from me and tried pulling her very strongly into the back, without saying a word to me or our dog. She came across as very unhappy and almost put out that she had to be at work. I tried to give her tips on how to get our dog to feel comfortable and warm up to her. When we picked them up neither of their haircuts looked professional. They were very patchy and messy. We had paid for full grooming on both but one set of nails were barely touched and the other one was not done at all. Also the anal glands on one was not done. The nails on the dog that had not been done got so bad they were growing into her paw pads and bleeding. And finally, our appointment was set for 9am and when we called at 1 to find out if they were ready, they said they were just starting on the 2nd dog. When we dropped them off, there was no other dogs in the facility.....Definitely can not recommend this place.

Super impressed with best friend dog grooming! She’s local, super affordable and does any amazing job. Best cut my Brittany spaniel has recieved. Plus, you can usually get in right away. Nothing worse then deciding your dog needs a grooming but then having to wait 2 weeks to get it done.

The cut was patchy she still had long hair in random patches behind her ears and on her butt and belly. The deshedding treatment doesn’t work either as I requested that and a teeth brush which I’m not even sure they did. Will be requesting refund to fix it. She is a lab collie not a difficult cut.
