I booked a free trial for my 2 puppies private walk and sent my address and got confirmed the day. And she told me that she will send me some forms through eamil but havent got any .So my husband called and asked again if everything is booked and she said everything is ok and she will send the forms by friday which has never delivered. And the day we booked the trial 2 hours before the time she sent a text message that she cannot provide the service to my area. It is her choice to work but she knew our address and could have told us When we tried to book .She wastedd our time to look for other services and very unreliable and unprofessional.

I discovered this service almost a year ago. Elycia and Erik have been so amazing and flexible with their schedule and accommodating mine. They take my dog out and have accommodated her needs with completing her 'business'. They feed her when she gets back to the house and even fill her water bowl if they notice it's low! And their updates with pics let me know when she leaves and when she gets back. And they have been available with only a couple of hours notice when I have been held up at work. And best of all, their prices are very reasonable!

We discovered Peppy Tails when we had a dog care emergency in November, 2016. Elycia, Erik and their team fit us in to their already busy schedule, and their kindness and attention to our dogs' needs quickly won us over. What was meant to be a short-term solution to an urgent care problem has now become an important element of our dogs' ongoing care. Since beginning a regular walking schedule with Peppy Tails, our dogs have lost weight, their stamina has improved, they are better socialized, and are just generally calmer and happier dogs. One of our dogs was abused as a puppy and, although a very sweet boy, he is quite leash-reactive and a challenge to walk. The Peppy Tails team has worked with him to develop consistent expectations while on leash, and his leash manners have noticeably improved - and we couldn't be more thrilled. Our ultimate goal has been to have our dogs join the Friday group trail walk - with the ongoing care and attention of Elycia, Erik and the Peppy Tails team what was once a distant wish is now becoming a distinct possibility. Peppy Tails are an OUTSTANDING service. Owners/Walkers, Erik & Elycia and our regular walker, Rebecca- treat our dog, Misty as though she was their own. Their services are flexible, reasonably priced and of outstanding quality. My husband and I have used their dog-walking services M-F since February 2017 and we are VERY satisfied. We receive a text-notification of our lovely walker, Rebecca's arrival to pick up our pup, a photo of our pup on her walking journey and a text notifying of our pup's drop off. They also assured me of how their quality harnesses and leashes could be used as needed to prevent doggy-escapes. Positive reinforcements on walks are also used as needed. This has helped our pup who can be very challenging to walk- as a rescue she is easily leash-frustrated and dog reactive. But with the help of her regular walks, her ability to calm faster is noticeably improved- Thanks in large part to Peppy Tails! We have also used Peppy Tails' boarding services. Erik & Elycia did an exceptional job of ensuring the boarding experience was low-stress for our pup by ensuring she had a few pre-boarding visits to the home and with the canine-buddies she might board with. Not to mention, Elycia & Erik did not hesitate to provide medication administration when our pup needed antibiotics last minute before our travels. Best of all is the genuine love and care that Erik, Elycia and Rebecca provide Misty when they see her- the joy they have seeing Misty and in-return- the happiness Misty exudes when she see's her Peppy Tails humans, is really the best part of all. Erik & Elycia are business owners who genuinely love dogs and love our dog which just adds to the outstanding nature of their service. Cleary we would not hesitate to recommend Peppy Tails!!
