Upon dropping off my dog at 8 am I was met with attitude from one of the young employees over his records being updated as he was booked under a different last name. He was there 2 weeks previously. Instead of solving the matter she promptly said, "well I've never seen this dog in my life"..than she left cause she didn't want to deal with the issue. The next lady was older, solved the mix up quickly but was relatively cold during the entire check in process. I told my fiance on the drive home I had a bad feeling about this place based on that experience. We came back 4 days later, they said he was great etc... His nose was extremely dry upon seeing him. When we got him home, about an hour and a half later he tried to pee and was in brutal pain... It got worse and worse until we had to take him to an after hours vet. I was there till midnight. $634.00 later I was told it was a bladder infection, which is apparently very rare in males. They said, and after researching as well it backed what the vet said which was most likely him laying in his urine for an extended period of time for bacteria to travel up his urethra, and dehydration as well as limited opportunity to empty are the factors of this to happen to a male dog. There's zero chance I'll deal with this place again. The majority of the staff seem to be very young, and after paying for kennel and the vet, I feel 800 dollars is a steep lesson in researching places. I'll be looking into various dog sitters locally from now on.

Used them twice this year to watch our dog, both times the big guy has come back happy and healthy. They are a great kennel.
