I posted a photo of the nail trimming back job they did to our puppy. My partner says that they also did a couple other things without her consent. My dog was absolutely terrified! I have never seen dogs nails this bad, these people should not be allowed to touch someone's pet. Ever.

Took my puppy for a quick nail trim and had an awful experience. Due to incorrect use of the Dremel, all of her nails were either splintered, frayed or filed down to the quick. I have never seen them look so awful before. I also didn’t appreciate not being asked for consent to clean her ears or take pictures of her. We will not be returning.

These guys are super friendly. They are a small, local business that I feel good supporting, and my golden retriever Takaya comes out clean and fresh and snuggle-able each time.

Small little operation next to the new corner store on 224 and 132. Even though they get busy, which sometimes doesn't please my little dog, they are attentive and caring. The $10 nail trim is a lifesaver and the free dog treats are an excellent touch.
