Marcia is the best dog groomer I have ever used. My Airdale Terrier has never looked better and he adores her kindness and gentle voice. Benny always knows he is going to come home looking very dapper indeed. Marcia is very experienced I would recommend Marcia & TLC Dog Grooming to every dog owner. Thank you Marcia Benny and I will be back to see you soon M ELLIS ;)

Theresa Forden: There is always 2 sides to a story so I called Marcia and ask her about your dog. She showed me pictures of your dog. Your dog was very neglected, the coat was totally matted, like a carpet and your dog was covered with flea's. Your dogs teeth where so bad that one fell out. Shaving her hair of was the best thing she could have done for your dog. It would have been inhumane brushing that coat out.( if it was possible) Your dogs coat will come back. If you want your dog nice and fluffy, you will have to brush it every day. That does not cost money. You should thank Marcia for working on your flea infested dog, for making your dog feel better and not suffer. Marcia is a loving groomer, she cares for animals!

I just wanted to say that I know Marcie to be a kind person with a special spot in her heart for all animals and I know that she would never hurt any animal intentionally. I have used TLC Dog grooming for my Schnauzer Lily, and lover Marcies work and attitude toward and around my dog.I would recommend her to anyone who wants gentle and excellent grooming care for their pet. There will always be ppl in this life who are in-titled to there opinion but I do believe that one disagreement from one person to another should not define that person as a whole.

I took my Pomeranian in for a groom and this woman destroyed his coat. She has groomed my Shitzu in the past and now the pom and all she knows how to do is shave them bald. DO NOT USE THIS GROOMER SHE DOES NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT GROOMING. When I called her she hung up then when I called her back she told me my dogs are neglected and that is why she needed to shave them and I should get a life.
