They are open by appointment only! Just went there to look around and there was a sign on the door saying to call first. Bad business model

Absolutely horrible service from Cleair Aquatics I purchased one of their 130 Gallon aquariums in January 2018 from a LFS here in Calgary AB only to find out upon set up that multiple parts were missing I contacted the LFS and they replaced all but one panel for the top of the tank as they didn't have that part I then contacted the Rep/Owner and was told that the part would need to be ordered from the manufacturer plant in China but due to the Chinese new year it wouldn't be shipped till the middle of February. We are now 5 months later numerous calls, texts and emails with little to no response from this company The excuse the owner keeps using is that he is having some personal issues at the moment The last time I called him he said oh I'm sorry I am with my lawyer right now I will have to call you back and hung up . DO NOT BYE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL REGRET IT !!!!!!!!!!!!

One of the most terrible businesses I have ever dealt with. Bought 100 gal aquarium from local dealer. Temperature module broke. Called Cleair Aquatics and he rudely announced that the company that bought from him did not pay him. He agreed to send me the module anyway. I confronted the local company. They said they paid for it and showed me a receipt from Cleair showing that it was paid in full. Called him back 2 months later and he said he would mail the module to me "right away" . Eight Subsequent calls over a 2 year period netted Nothing! Called multiple times and no one answers. Attempted to Communicate via email multiple times with no response. Don't deal with him. You're asking for trouble. I'd give them a minus 50 stars if I could. Does not support his products and avoids contact with customers at all costs. Frankly, I don't know how he is even still in business. Now have a hole in the aquarium face where a module used to be.

Wow... Saw pictures of the place and the store genuinely looks clean and attractive... But when you get there EVEN WHEN THE STORE SAYS ITS OPEN (on google) Theres a sign that says to call them to open the store/door... They then told ME to make time on sunday afternoon at 2 and come then... Uhh... What kind of store does this? Lol. Wow.
