I am absolutely appalled with the service and the staff here. Not only were the staff extremely rude and condescending to my mother, but they threatened to send my dog away for for adoption if my mother did not pay $300 to have the dog released that night - I don’t know about you but threatening to sell someone else’s dog sounds a lot like theft to me. Then they told her if she can’t afford to pay the $300 right now maybe she shouldn’t have a dog in the first place - absolutely disgusting behavior. To top it off, my mother had called 6 days prior to ask if my dog had shown up (they said no) then she left a phone number to please call if or when she showed up (they didn’t call but the dog showed up hours later) - and then they wanted to charge us a fee for residence when all of this could have been avoided due to employees not following up as requested - which they refused to take responsibility for. If I was not out of province right now I would have taken matters into my own hands. Terrible terrible terrible. The staff that have been working the past few days (yes this took multiple days to resolve) should be fired. Horrible customer service. If I had lost my dog because of them I would be pursuing legal matters. Oh and.. they refused to let my mother identify the dog before payment was made in full. What a joke!

Today is our first time visiting this centre because Surrey Doors Open event. Center staff gave all visitors a tour and there is a dog demo as well. The center received about 1800 animals in 2017. Such a nice and clean center. The staffs here are very friendly! It's a very well organized doors open event. We'd like to come back next year :-)

Geez! Each time I come here I have to restrain myself! Great place to get some animal therapy. The staff are quite knowledgable and very protective of their animals, ensuring they all go to good homes. Before any go to a new home, they have been checked out medically, and have been allowed to calm down from any trauma. This is a good place.

The staff at this location is fanatic, so very helpful, and perhaps under appreciated. They go all out to make every experience a positive and memorable one. Keep up the great work!
