They are very good with animals, I could tell my little girl was in gentle, caring hands. She doesn’t take well to people but instantly kissed them and wasn’t scared which was surprising. I just wish they would have consulted me and not my oblivious husband about doing exactly what I begged them not to do and shave her completely bald. Even her beautiful face was shaved like a poodle, I detest the style. It may be a good poodle cut but I specifically told them I liked her long hair. My husband said that they called and asked him if they could but it’s just not what I asked for. She looks like a French poodle and not like my beautiful shaggy princess I adored. they left the top of her head and I could tell he was very good at styling her hair, it’s an excellent cut and I’m sure some poodle lovers would like it but her face is even shaved :( it’ll grow back. Hopefully soon.

After specifically asking that my dog ONLY be bathed and brushed and not in any way be trimmed or cut, they SHAVED my Border Collie. I was charged $120.00 and offered a free bath in compensation. Go to Tanya's instead.

This was definitely one of the worst experiences and completely over priced. 1. When I picked up my dog he was so thirsty he ran straight to the water bowl in the waiting area and drank for several minutes. They obviously did not give him any water all day. 2. They did not cut all his hair properly or at all. His ears were not trimmed. I noticed right away and they fixed it. Then I had to come back at a later date to get his front legs fixed. After all the fixing and waste of my time he now looks Okay. 3. They charge 30% more then I have ever paid for grooming before. I don't mind paying a little more but I expect quality service. 4. The did not trim his nails but at this point I can't be bothered to go back and will just take him to someone else. Definetly never going back!!!!!

If you are looking for the best in class Dog Spa Center in Vancouver, then I would suggest you to visit Village Dog Spa Center. They are just amazing and my little bundle of joy has a great time every time I take him there. I am sure, just like me you would also like their services a lot; and would want come back here again and again.

They just do really good work and have very reasonable prices. I brought one of my dogs there for the hair cut and I've been thoroughly impressed. The staff is very friendly and they don't continuously charge you for every little detail. Keep up the good job guys! Kudos!
