This is a truly special kennel. It's clear all of the staff adore animals and care for them like their own. We have been bringing our dog here for boarding and daycare and couldn't be happier to have found such a great place. Roxie gets so excited when we turn into the driveway and she loves the staff. At the end of the day I pick up a very happy, sleepy pup. Thank you Northwest Kennels and Daycare!

They always treat our pooch really well and she's always super happy to the the staff. Only reason for 4 out of 5 stars is that I don't agree with the $5.00 surcharge for booking her in during peak weekends. She gets the same care, nothing has changed so why the extra fee? But they do a great job year round!

We were worried our dogs wouldn't be able to be boarded at all since our big guy doesn't like most people. The only other time we have had him in another kennel for 3 days, he was never let out of his cage. Northwest Kennel staff know how to handle dogs. They asked us to bring him in for an assessment on a Saturday and to meet the staff. They know their stuff! We brought him back again on Sunday to meet another bunch of staff and then had him stay overnight one night as a test. Everything went well, so we felt comfortable boarding our dogs there for a week. When we dropped them off, they were excited to be there and didn't even look back at us when we left. Great staff. I can't say enough about them. They really are dog people and it's not just a job for them. Good facilities; I like their kennels and dogs runs. Our pups enjoyed themselves! We'll be back.

Good price, wide open spaces, however there was too much chain linked fencing for my liking. The living quarters resemble that of a dog pound but to each their own ... I found the front end staff and workers did not present themselves as friendly but more so annoyed that my dog was attending for yet another stay with them.

I have been taking my dogs (3 Wheaten Terriers) to Northwest Kennels for 15 years. They love it. I can tell because they are very excited as we approach the kennel and jump out of the car when we get there. We started out when they were puppies right up until our oldest was 13 years old (current dogs are 8 & 1 1/2). My dogs are very social and love all the interaction with other dogs and the staff there. They always come home very tired and clean (we do request a bath before we pick them up). They are treated very well and I will continue to take my dogs there. I think that Patrik and the staff do a great job!
