They're amazing! We have a bigger dog that gets easily excited and they're always great with his nail trimming. Our older one gets groomed there too and he always looks great. Very professional and would recommend to anyone.

Terrible experience. Trimmed everything but the dogs head. No refund, or apology just rudeness from the angry owner. Never again.

After I have been to this place for almost five years, I can not believe that's how they treat my dogs, and me as a long term customer. I booked appointment early afternoon, sent my dogs there, waited and waited, four hours later, almost to the time they close they still have not called me, so I went there, stood outside for five minutes to see through their windows, I saw my two dogs laying down in the cage and the staff are chatting with each other. I came in, they told me they just finished grooming my dogs, that was lie. Then they cut my dogs ear short which I specifically told them not to since the first time they ever groom my dogs. Their excuse was, " oh, we are not sure what you want since we have not groom you dogs in the past 2 months, so we just cut it short." Not even a apology. Seriously, first they could call my phone to ask if they are not sure, do not assume. Second of all, two months not using their service after in five years, they will not remember who you are and who you dogs are. What a great customer service there, never never go back, not a million years. People lie and disrespectful like that will not treat animal any good.

Always have great service from them and they understand and listen when I say that my dog has anxiety and different problems. They always take good care of him and he seems happy and ok when I pick him up, unlike other places I have taken him to. Had terrible experiences with other places when he comes back to me like he's terrified and has been treated badly. This place, even with his anxiety, he comes back to me happily and not traumatised. They are so amazing and understanding.

These ladies always do an awesome job! Couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. My dog is a little nervous nelly and all the staff are so patient and kind with him, he’s never had a hair cut I didn’t like here. Definitely a hidden gem! Worth 5 stars and beyond 🐶♥️
