Amazing job!

All I can say is: 'Wow!' Caslyn did a super job transforming Mylo into a super handsome guy. He was already good looking, but he's a brand new pup now! I highly recommend Tidy Tails for your next grooming experience.

Excellent for boarding your pup! They send you photos and let you know how everything has been going while you are away. Your pup goes on routine walks and stays in a home atmosphere. Would highly recommend.

Caslyn was awesome she understood our situation (travel without reservation) and took our dog (Momo) in the day care service... The place is cosy and well maintained. Caslyn found Momo was friendly enough to stay with the other dogs out of the Kennel, so she spend all the day free to move (the place is well fenced and secure) Momo was so happy at the end of the day that was no trouble to leave it for the other two days we use the day care services. We could enjoy ourselves in the activities we couldn't bring Momo. We would definitely use this day care service again when we visit Victoria.

I was scared that one of my dogs would be impossible to groom, since I am the person she trusts with a brush anywhere near her and even then she behaved like I was trying to kill her, even when I had the brush nowhere near her. We brought her to Tidy Tails and were greeted with very friendly, obvious animal loving nature, got to know how the dogs would behave around her, left feeling very comfortable leaving the dogs there. We came back 3 hours later to one of the cutest looking dogs I have ever seen in my life and another shiny well groomed handsome little guy. I think they did a terrific job and will not only go back, I will highly recommend to anyone who asks where they can go with their little furry kid.

We take our three dogs to Tidy Tails for day care twice a week to allow them to socialize with other pups and to free up a couple of days for us to run errands. We have also left the pups overnight for a few days at a time whenever we are out of town. They have a variety of friends to interact with from small to large dogs of various breeds. One of our dogs has anxiety issues and quickly took a strong liking to Caslyn and has become much more social now with both people and dogs. The dogs get taken on hikes and get lots of exercise. I enjoy the convenience of having monthly scheduled grooming for them. I pick them up and they come back fresh and fluffed up. Caslyn and her team does an amazing job at the grooming! They provide above and beyond care for all the dogs they take in and I would highly recommend their service. Very professional and trustworthy.
