Doggy Dooz and the day care here is very unprofessional. I saw one of the dog walkers getting mad at one poor dog for not sitting when she told him to- which he couldnt sit because he was right up against the side walk. He was out of the way of the side walkers and had no reason to sit. I have tried to get my dog groomed here also and decided against it due to the lack of professionalism and also seeing how they treat the day care fur babies. I love my baby and wouldn't ever take her here. Just looking out for the other fur parents in Kelowna!

The guy running the shop is nice enough but doesn't have much of a clue when it comes to grooming pets. I asked for a trim, and he shaved my poor American Eskimo almost to the skin. Most dog groomers know that you're not supposed to shave these breeds because it messes with their undercoat. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place.
