Awesome small pet food store, they only have top-quality foods, and selected treats, toys & supplements. Staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable. When one of my dogs became extremely sick they were very helpful and supportive. You can get anything "cheaper" online but you can only get customer care like they have at Bentley's, in person (and on the phone!). Will continue to shop there!

We go to Bentley's primarily for cat food and litter. It's not the closest place to us that sells the brands we love, but the people there are worth the extra miles. Stephanie and Amy are absolutely amazing! They are so welcoming and friendly to my 7 year old daughter who would hang out there for hours if she could. The other girls are wonderful as well! Thanks to everyone there for an amazing experience every time we stop by!!

Amy and Stephanie provide the best service at this well-stocked Bentley's outlet in Plymouth. Their coupons and sales reinforce my interest in returning each time, because -- like most corporate pet supply outlets, their prices stretch the envelope, though not as much as Chuck and Don's. I cannot say that Bentley's network of stores here reflects common values or service. The Knollwood and Excelsior stores, by comparison, are disappointing, and the Excelsior crew verges on pompous. If they don't anticipate a larger sale, the staff we experienced marginalized us. But we continue to support the Plymouth outlet only, because most staff are educated about companion animals, and double up to achieve customer satisfaction. They're doing far more right than wrong. Recommended, but only this location so far. Corporate would do well to observe what Amy and Stephanie do right -- and then replicate it.

New location, great store and very friendly staff. Great place to provide for you 4-legged friend.

The staff is always cheerful, friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to remember you, your family, your pet, and even the brand you buy. Truly a personal experience!
