Unless the conditions have improved, since I left my furry family there in 2015, I would not recommend for your feline family members. The "cat condos" were tiny, and there were at Least 6 of these 4 level cages in a 4'x6' room. The smell made my eyes burn. There were FOUR cats per "condo", when I asked about it, she informed me they were all from the same "family" and that my 2 would have their own "condo". When I returned, there were two other cats in the top two levels and the cage had been split in half. The only space available for my cats to stand up was in the litter pan. 😥 When I got my cats home, it became very clear to me that they hadn't been let out to stretch, run or play for quite a long time. My cat hobbled around with a hunched back and her behind tucked under her for days.

I'm sorry for all the people who haven't had a good experience with this kennel and can't get over themselves about a kennel smelling like pee lol. I love this kennel. The people are wonderful!!!! My dogs who are Not social love going there, love the people and they are never mad at me for leaving them there!!! They are always happy!! Thank you for looking after my family for me!!

Horrible place, smells like pee as soon as you walk in. First time we took our dogs there over Christmas time they came back and they were so fat they could barley walk we had given them a big bag a dog food and it was basically gone so they over fed them way to much but they came back fine and happy so Second time we took them they lost so much weight, the kennel they sleep in had dog poop in it and also smeared into a blanket that wasn't ours. Disgusting!!! Couldn't even clean the poop and pee in their kennel and gave it to us like that. Do not recommend at all. Horrible care for your pets.
