Just dont waste your money

Nov 8, 2017
My wife had a terrible experience with these karate instructors and their school. They are arrogant, disorganized, and greedy.. and because their brand of karate evolves around subservience to the sensei.. you'll be paying for the privilege. Belt testing is overly crowded, disorganized and dangerous. My wife was injured by another student with mental issues, and then chastised for complaining about it. The sensei is beyond reproach! DO NOT pay for more than a week in advance, when you discover what we did (and you will in time).. you'll want to walk away without loosing major $$... in our case 10 months of lessons fees ($1200). Lesson learned the hard way!

I've been training at this Dojo for several years - since I was a teenager. It has been a great source of inspiration and discipline. Based on my own (extremely positive) experience, I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a way to positively contribute to their lives (or the lives of their family).

My son has been attending classes here for nine years. It has been a tremendous experience for him. Aside from the great physical benefits, I've seen how it has improved his focus, and given him a strong area of pride in his life. Highly recommended.

I have been training here in Karate and Tai Chi for nearly 6 years and have had an excellent experience. The dojo has a welcoming atmosphere, and it rewards hard work and focus. Hasu Dojo also has many high-level female black belts training and teaching - as a female student, this has greatly benefited my training and confidence. My physical strength, fitness, health, and focus have improved greatly through my training with Sensei Williams at Hasu Dojo. I previously trained seriously in two other arts throughout childhood and university, and I noticed early on that the curriculum at Hasu Dojo was very robust and dynamic. Sensei Williams has an extremely in depth knowledge of the martial arts, and both the physical and philosophical aspects of the art are explored in class. The instructors are all very knowledgable and supportive.
