Bayfield North location very clean and a penned off area where you bring your pets for grooming is nice to have for safety. My dog had an amazing groom looked perfect. The only thing I did notice that was different from grooming st another location was that my dog didn't smell clean not sure why but I would definitely return to this location.

Everytime I walk in I'm immediately greeted by someone with a huge smile. All the employees are pretty well trained in most animals. Expensive prices, but worth the visit and fun for you and the pets.

Great selection and customer service. Was looking for a training collar and we went through several types and sizes, finally left with one that we ended up enjoying a lot. Grabbed a laser cut dog tag on the way out too.

My partner and I went to look at the shelter cats. We waited for almost twenty minutes before someone came (asking other employees two or three times that we wanted to see the cats), and we were abruptly asked "do you want to take this cat home today?" When we said no (who commits to a cat before even picking it up?!) we were told that they don't just let cats out "to play" because its hard to put them back in the cages or something. We were basically treated like we were either A) trying to shoplift a cat (???) or B) that the employee couldn't be bothered to bring out a shelter cat for some human interaction. Some of those cats have been there for weeks- does that mean that they just stay in their cages 24/7 until someone commits to "bringing them home today" without even getting to see them face-to-face? And how are you supposed to know if a cat is right for you if you can't pick it up, pet it, see if there is a bond? I feel so bad for the cats who have to live in PetSmart prison and just HOPE that someone will fall in love with them just from the sight of them. PetSmart, LET PEOPLE PET YOUR CATS like how the OSPCA does, and give the cats a real chance at a forever home!

Great fish. The staff is always there to help right away when you need it. Great selection on cat and dog items. Seem to always have rats for pets. I would recommend this place. Also i like there large viewing window for the grooming part.
