Mark is a genuinely nice person! He loves animals and helping people. He really makes you feel welcome every time. Good place to go for pet supplies much better prices on aquariums than other retailers. Also a good place to get fresh meal worms or crickets and dog toys for my dogs.

Went to pet supply plus tonight and I am leaving completely satisfied. Mark helped us from the time we walked in the door until the time we left! We bought extra things because of his awesome customer service! This guy absolutely needs employee of the year. He was great!!

This place is great!!! I go there so much I feel like we're friends!! The staff is that friendly there! I go there for crickets for "Sam" our box turtle, so much that I got an email telling me we've earned 10 free crickets! I totally laughed out loud!

This is a fantastic place for all of your pet's needs. They will price match any store. The employees are genuinely concerned about their customers and seem to really love animals. They even have a place to bathe your dogs with all the towels and shampoos available for your use.

Always a great experience! I love this place! My No. 1 go-to pet retail store. The staff is awesome, they go above and beyond to help you, and always give my dogs treats while we're there!
