The workers are very willing to help you find whatever you need. I mostly went there to use their dog Wash station. It's only $10 to use. The wash includes everything you need including towels, shampoo(choice of dirty dog/ or sensitive), a washing brush, conditioner spray, a cool air blower, and a treat for pups! The store mostly carries higher end dog or cat food. (Which is what you should be feeding your pets anyway) among other pet essential needs. If you have a puppy they have a passport you can buy and it incudes valuable coupons like a free bag of food! It's a good place.

Found staff very knowledgeable of their dog products and food. My dog has a chicken sensitivity and staff members have been very helpful and know a lot about dog foods. Just got home from having Morgana's first nail trim. Groomer, Nicole was excellent. 👌🐕❤🇨🇦

Great place and great staff. Love that you can bring your pet in to wash it instead of struggling to get them into the tub at home lol. Also the wash station is affordable and they provide the soap and treats as well as aprons to help keep you dry Only reason it gets a 4 stars is because toys and treats are really expensive. It's like that everywhere unfortunately so it's not their fault but it still makes a difference in the rating. All in all though it's a great place and highly recommended!

Excellent staff and shopping experience. We buy Canadian made treats and food for our dog, which are available here. However, I wish you sourced more Canadian made chew toys for our dog. The majority of your toys are made in China.
