Staff here were INCREDIBLE!! We did the board and stay with the doggy daycare during the day. From the moment we called they were so nice, told us everything we needed to know, answered all our questions. When we arrived they were awesome as we checked in. We called a couple times to check on our pup and they told us right away how she was doing. The facility was very clean, well organized and they really went above and beyond with a puppy report card and even washing and drying the blankets we sent with. And the fact that they upload pics of the dogs on their social media 12/10!! So appreciated!

My dog Toby had a great experience here. He was groomed and then he played in the daycare. His grooming was wonderful. The staff asked me many questions about what I would like for Toby's groom and they followed everything I asked for with precision. Toby's daycare experience was really good for him as he is a bit of a "pandemic puppy". He is definitely in need of socialization. The staff was kind and respectful and helped Toby to adjust to the other dogs. I will definitely be bringing Toby back!! I love the drop in option too! So flexible! This is a fantastic place! I have already recommended it to a friend and will continue to do so!

We brought our 7 month old Australian Shepherd, Finnegan, in for his first groom at Happy Tails. The staff were delightful, making Finn feel comfortable right away. They were prompt getting him back to us. Also provided us with a written summary of the groom and how he did. He looks so handsome. Thank you Happy Tails, we will be back!🐶

It was Gigi’s first time attending daycare, she is a shy dog, takes some time to warm up, and she tended to waiting at the gate for me to pick her up…. Jessie was so nice and kind to Gigi, and Jessie explained to me what to expect for a ‘new’ dog. It was really helpful! Thank you Jessie!! However, when Gigi and I had to meet other employee, somehow we felt we were judged and was told Gigi was too nervous to stay at Happy tail. When I asked about Gigi’s 10- days condo hotel that I booked in early Aug, I was told that Gigi may not a good fit for Happy Tail hotel stays, which made me a bit nervous, short noticed, and had to look for alternative plans. Luckily, employees at Pawsh dog give Gigi a great welcome, she enjoyed there! Hope Gigi will like and ‘fit’ Happy Tail in the future! Looking forward to working with Jessie

Beyond Excellence! Center very welcomed; that is I found it Clean, organized, location, easy access/departure. The aspect of safety and security with arrival and departure of dog(s) was wonderful. The Staff!, Oh My Gosh! What to say, not a thing negative!.. Friendly, outgoing, helpful. This for the front desk staff, I am sure those behind the doors and such are just as so, for our pups were VERY happy, and, they showed with very positive feedback. The easiness of drop off/pickup. LOVE IT!. The Grooming. OUTSTANDING. My wife was extremely pleased, and immediately spoke about said service/experience with family and friends.
