Have visited this store numerous times and find the female working there to be the most uninviting person. No friendly greeting, no offer to help find anything, nothing. Have tried numerous times, assuming she was just having an off day, but I think she’s actually just unfriendly and we’ll keep our custom elsewhere.

This is my favorite store for my dog ever!! I bring my big dog in for photo shoots, grooming & organic natural treats. Chloe is a bit intimidating & doesn’t get along with other dogs, but the owner and staff are exceptional with her and the situation with other pups. She LOVES coming in for a visit, and have had exceptional experiences here time & time again. As a hard core dog loving mama, Hip Pooch is the place to go!

Took 2 dogs there for the first time. They were done on time, price was reasonable, and they looked great. Will be back.

Groomer did an excellent job with our puppy on her first ever grooming experience. Sales woman (I'm guessing is also the owner) is very helpful and knowledgeable about her products and dog care in general. The shop is clean and comfortable and we will definitely be bringing our puppy back in the near future.
