New client, Geri took my 80lb boy in last minute with no hesitation. He did great and was happy and healthy 4 days later. Will definitely use VIP again!

We love VIP Kennels, and won't be taking our dog anywhere else! Geri is so friendly, and so incredibly flexible! We used VIP Kennels for the first time a couple weeks ago, and ended up wanting to stay for another night, and we were able to leave our dog for another night with last minute notice! Definitely suggest VIP Kennels for everyone with any size of dog, they will be in great hands!

I left my newf here twice: once in the spring, and once last weekend. We initially chose VIP because of a the positive google reviews, and the owner/operator's friendly nature. When we used VIP's services the first time, the weather was nice and an outdoor kennel was used regularly, and everything seems to have gone well. However, I dropped our newf off last Friday, and picked her up the following Sunday to find that she was covered nose to tail in dried urine. I spent the evening cleaning the urine out of our dog's fur and watching her limp and fuss over her toepads which were clearly irritated. The owner/operator was professional in her response when I addressed this with her, but honestly, there is no justification for allowing a dog you're being paid to care for to remain in her own urine for days. This might be a viable kennel option for some in the warmer months but I wouldn't recommend using their services through the winter and I certainly won't be bringing my newf back again.

My dog has separation anxiety. I've tried 3 different kennels. He has now been to this kennel 3 times, once for 11 days. For the first time he doesn't have anxiety about going to the kennel. He likes it there. The staff person is also wonderful. I got storm stayed for 2 days and they didn't charge extra. It was much appreciated as I already was upstairs for leaving him so long.
