I rarely write reviews, but I felt it was important for those of you who are considering this option to hear my story. After the unexpected loss of my dog, this family called me several times to speak to me through my grief, asked me to come in and select the appropriate urn, and eased my mind by allowing me to see the facility and what they do. Everyone who works here is compassionate and considerate, and I watched as they treated every person who came through like family. I am overwhelmed by the kindness. Thank you Kevin for dedicating your life to helping people like me through a difficult time.

Wow first they don’t engrave an inscription explicitly stated at time of payment and was not done. Shoddy and irresponsible employees. Would NOT recommend. Lousy company and even more pathetic employees

Amazing and wonderful people at Precious Pets. Very caring, kind, and compassionate. They made the final goodbye process very special and eased the pain. A beautiful clean place that treats pets and people with great respect and compassion. A very special thank you to Kevin for being so patient, understanding, compassionate, and respectful.

I thought the crematorium did a very beautiful job with kira from the footprint with the write-up to the paw print bag with lock of hair.. I really appreciated the time and care. The necklace with name is much nicer then mounted name plate or engraving. This crematorium shows great care and class
