Best schnauzer cut we've gotten to date! My little Nixon smelt so good after and is super soft as well. It took a little long but I'm okay with that knowing they're taking their time to do the job well. This is going to be my go-to place for grooming from this day forth! ADDING ANOTHER REVIEW!! Again love this place!! Brought my mini schnauzer girl Stevie for her very first cut here and they did an AWESOME job! I'll add a before and after, this is the place to go folks!!

This place is in disrepair. I don’t know what the standards are for a grooming place, but this place was a dirty dive. It was 45 min past when my dog was expected to be done and I hadn’t been called that he was ready yet, but was in the area so I stopped in. When I opened the door, there was an overwhelming stench of marijuana. It was also very hot in there. I questioned why there was such a strong marijuana smell and the lady said she didn’t know. I asked if there were any renters in the basement thinking it might of been them, but they use the basement for storage I was told. There was no explanation for the stench. I was told that my dog bit the groomer and was giving her a hard time. I was shocked by this as he has been to other groomers 5 times in his 12 month lifespan so far and I was always told he was really good. I did tell them when I dropped him off if he seemed in distress at all to call me as he was at the Vet yesterday and had some work done so might be a bit sore today. No one called me. I took him home without his haircut finished, because I just wanted to get him out of that hot, pot smelling environment as he was obviously in distress. When I got home, I noticed he was walking very strangely. Again, something that has never happened before. I was even thinking of taking him to the Vet to get checked, then it dawned on me... it was probably from the fumes. I didn’t witness anyone smoking up, but am aware of what it smells like. Based on the dirty environment and suspicious smell, I will never take him back there. I had a bad gut feeling and wished I would of stuck with it and just walked out when I first arrived. I hope my dog will be okay with some clean air and is hopefully not scarred from this experience.

Brought my 3 month old Maltese pup to them for groom and bath because they were recommended by a friend and because of the good reviews we found online about them, but I wish I didn't. When we came in the store, it was clear that someone had been smoking weed/pot because of the overwhelming scent that welcomed us. There were also employees that were having a very loud argument at the back, which I find very unprofessional because there were a bunch of customers entering the store, and they still continued doing so. When the lady asked what kind of cut I wanted, I said I wanted a puppy cut/trim as short as they possibly could. We came back 4 hours after because that's when they said my puppy would be done, and what I saw broke my heart. My puppy was shaved, her beautiful fluffy white fur was gone. I literally cried in the car because she looked so sad. I understand that it might have been a case of miscommunication because of how I said "as short as they can" but I specifically did not say "shave her fur off". I provided my phone number to them, so I wish they would have just called and asked or clarified if I wanted her shaved or trimmed to the shortest possible. It was also not possible that she had matting going on because we combed her fur every single day. Now, my puppy, a 3 month old puppy, is always shivering and curled up in a ball because she was shaved completely and is now cold all the time. She used to like staring at herself in the mirror, now when she sees herself she just comes running back to us, not recognizing herself. I understand that fur would grow back in time but this situation could have been prevented if only they had communicated with me more efficiently. I was also told that we would receive a free puppy package worth $50 (because of the promotion that they had) but plus $25 dollars for the groom, but they were making me pay $68 for their service. I just wanted to leave this comment here and maybe these kinds of situations would be prevented in the future and it wouldn't happen to anyone else.

We took 5 small dogs from 3 different households to this business at the end of August. We had been with the same 5 dogs a few months previously & everything seemed to go well on the first visit, but not the second one. Nobody called us to let us know of any problems & when i called many hours later to see how the dogs were coming along i was told that they all had fleas & that i was being charged an extra $10 per dog, so an extra $50. If our dogs actually did have a flea problem that would be one thing..but NONE of the small dogs from 3 DIFFERENT HOUSEHOLDS ever had a problem with fleas ever in their lives before the day that they were taken to this establishment. When i was there to drop off the dogs i noticed huge piles of hair on the floor, obviously from other haircuts. I don't know how often if ever that they clean their instruments..NOT ONE CALL WAS MADE TO SEE IF ANY OF THE 5 DOGS FROM 3 SEPARATE HOUSEHOLDS EVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH FLEAS..WE WERE JUST CHARGED...& The nightmare isn't over yet..we have been fighting this new flea infestation that NOW effects 3 households..not before the day we went to this place though..flea collars..flea shampoo. Constant bed linen washing & vaccuuming....this business has made 3 household's lives a hell...I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DIVE TO ANYONE..IF YOU DON'T WANT A FLEA NIGHTMARE..STAY AWAY...!!!!!!!!!!....I didn't want to leave even 1 star.. but had to to post...grrrrrr

My pup was nervous at first (first time to the groomer) when he left he was smiling and happy and looked great, before the appointment (which btw was made very well to suit my schedule) I shopped around and went with the lowest price and I'm happy I did. Repeat customer and highly recommend happy dogs
