SUMMARY: Too Big & Impersonal, Misleading (WebCams), Poorly Managed (Didn't perform request), and low value for High $$$ ($53/Night). Here's the details... We boarded our small dog for 4 nights over the 4th of July holiday. Made our reservation the week before. Arrive, No reservation. Person we reserved with was not there. In fact, we NEVER spoke or saw the same person twice... when we made the reservation, when we arrived, when we called (three times) and when we checked our dog out... ALWAYS a different person. None of them knew our dog, NONE. One rep said they can handle over 250 dogs. TOO BIG! So our biggest complaint was that we never had any confidence that anyone there actually got to know our dog, and most likely had multiple people feeding him, etc. Next, the website shows doggy daycare cams... that is misleading, as we found out later that is ONLY for the Day Boarders. Our dog was supposed to be in "Dog Play" for 4 hours a day. We checked daily, NO sightings. So we called and found out that there are NO cams in the other play rooms. Over the four days we received one photo of our dog at the entrance of a doorway through an automated email system. So we have no idea if our little dog had play time or not. No photos and no cam of our dog at play. Not Good! When we did the pickup I asked if they trimmed the nails as requested. The rep, who didn't know our dog or us, checked and found the order but had no idea why it wasn't done. Maybe because no one really knew our dog, or had responsibility for his care and our requests. Finally, when I picked up our dog he was behaving ok, but very distracted. When he got in the car I found out why... he drank a half bowl of water like he had just left the desert... he was parched... NOT OK!! I generously gave them 2 stars because our dog was ok, didn't look or act like he was abused, and it was a busy holiday week. Also, when we called, they also did find someone, after an approx. 5 minute wait, that told us our dog was doing great. But no details... so we had to hope they were being honest, and I believe they were. BUT, this was the overall problem... we NEVER had any confidence that they actually knew our dog. Not what we are used to at our normal day care / boarding facility. BOTTOM LINE, I would NOT bring our dog back here unless I had no other choice. To balance our review out I would love to make a "call out" to a person there that helped us, but I never spoke or met the same person twice!

A very good place for grooming services. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The place is always clean and they offer many other services. Gabe, our dog's groomer, always does a great job, listens to special requests and is always available to answer any questions. I highly recommend taking your dog here for grooming services and checking out their other services.

We recently started using our local Best Friends Pet care and love it! Place is clean and well kept and the staff are super friendly. We definitely feel safe leaving our fur babies for a weekend. Prices are great, only wish we could watch them during play time or in their suite at night.

Our little Min Pin, Roxie Rae, is a frequent camper at Best Friends and an occasional boarder. The staff is warm, friendly and fun loving. Roxie has so many friends and camp is a gift on bad weather days. I never worry about her when I have to go out of town. She's in the best care with Best Friends!
