Staff are pet owners themselves who are very knowledgeable. With their help, I was able to get my diabetic cat off insulin through the right food, and now I am working to manage my cats' weight. My 6yr old tomcat always wants to eat, and my senior boy just wants to graze a little bit at a time.

Went to Global Pet Foods in Dieppe after going to two other pet stores in the area. I was looking for info on dry dog food and other products. Lilith approached me and my wife when we entered the store and asked if we needed help. She was very knowledgeable on many of the products we were curious about, and made us feel like we were people and not just a customer. Her expertise surpassed anything I could have imagined and we left feeling more informed and better about what we're giving our pets. I was very happy that our many questions were answered over the hour and a half we were there. I will recommend Global Pet Foods in Dieppe to anyone I know and hope they get to meet Lilith.

Every time I go to this location I am waiting forever to get through the cash even without a lineup. I think staff should be more mindful of expediting the process instead of having lengthy personal conversations at the cash. I would argue that *most* pet owners come here to purchase specific food and just want to be in and out without having to wait forever to get rung through the cash, especially on lunch hour. I would not have given such a poor review but the last 5+ times I have come to this location I have waited 10+ minutes without a lineup so please me more mindful of peoples' time. Thanks.

Pretty good customer service. Some prices are very good but some items are overpriced. Some of the clearance items were very well priced though. For example a cat scratch post was on for 50 percent off
