I've recently started shopping at Unleashed because my aging Jack Russell is sick and needed to be switched to a high quality diet. The staff that have helped me are unbelievably knowledgeable and professional. The prices are comparable to online suppliers too. Just all around great service from the get go and I will be shopping here for my dog's needs from now on!

This place is horrible. Manager was rude. I will never ever come back to this store. If I could give a negative star, I definitely would.

Great customer service. I decided that the caller I bought didn't match my dog's fur. They took it back without giving me any grief, even though grief was clearly merited with a reason like that. They were also incredibly helpful. When they didn't have the color I wanted, they called around to other local stores and got them to hold it for me. When I go in with my dogs, they always get lots of love and treats. 5/5 bones

Unleashed carries brands and flavors I can't find elsewhere, so it is an important part of my duties as a cat grandma. I seriously want many of the dog toys but realize the cat won't appreciate them!

Best local dog/cat store around! We get all our dog food, toys, accessories and treats here. The staff is always super friendly and ready to help and answer any questions you may have. Most importantly you're helping your local business! I highly recommend Unleashed to all my friends and family.
