Amazing staff. Super friendly. The person I talked to seemed excited to tell me more and more about the animals and to help me out.

The staff are friendly but not proactive in helping you find something. I hang out in the small animal aisle browsing through the rabbit items. Staff seem to prefer to pat down a dog or go all ga-ga over it. Locally made rabbit toys would be a really nice addition to support local small animal rescue groups.
