If you need live crickets for your reptiles do not come here!! But then online. Every box had dead crickets in them. I told some associates and all they had to say was “oh yeah we know”. I asked why don’t you take them off the shelves? “They shrugged”. The crickets had flies in them and stunk so bad that it was unbearable. Don’t waste your money here! Buy them online. Much cheaper!

Y’all!!! I love this place!! The staff is AMAZING. My dog has severe anxiety and they took such good care of him. I was a little nervous leaving him and they made us both feel at ease. Please consider my friends at Petco in Christiansburg!!

This was the BEST experience ever!! For any of your needs or questions..go see Tori (sorry if I spelled your name wrong). She is SUPER INFORMATIVE, cares about what you have to say, cares about the dogs that are in the store. Literally haven't had an experience at any store like this in a long long time!! She rocks and deserves to be recognized!!!

Very friendly staff. The store has a tremendous selection of pet products to choose from. We recently began shopping there because we discovered that they carry our brand of cat food that we prefer. In the past, we have had to go to small pet food places that usually hike up the prices to cover the overhead on specialty products. Once in the store, the various product lines piqued our curiosity and had us checking everything out aisle by aisle. Needless to say, you could spend hours (and hundreds) in that store if you are like me; easily distracted. But hey, you do not have to just rely on my word, check it out for yourself and see what you think!

The store is clean and neat. The staff are helpful and very sweet. I didn't have to wait long to be helped and the staff were friendly with my child and knowledgeable about the animals. I will be returning with my pets needs.
