Del and her awesome team have helped The Powell Family "de-skunk" our family dog on many occasions and we are very grateful !

We are regular doggie daycare customers and we are SO very thankful to have such a cozy, reliable and comfortable environment to take our dog to each week. We are fist time pet owners and so we were looking for the best place for our "baby" and we couldn't have ended up anywhere better! Our little chocolate lab is beyond excited when we pull up in the driveway at Beautiful Pets and cannot get in the doors fast enough! Being an owner of a bread with such HIGH HIGH energy we wanted to ensure she wasn't home in a crate all day long and we wanted to make sure she was learning to socialize with other dogs. By bringing Sadie to Beautiful Pets this made this possible. My husband and I live very busy lives and work six days a week and so we are truly thankful to have such a place where we know Sadie is happy and being exercised. Every staff member is so friendly and humble. We know our Sadie is great hands during the days she is at daycare. Hats off to Del and her amazing team!

Dale and Desiree are absolutely amazing ! My furbaby Winnie started going there for nail trims about 6 months ago. Being a rescue she most definitely came with her quirks and triggers and nails we're definitely one of them. With the help of beautiful pets amazing expertise she has improved so much since our first visit ! She started off growling, fear biting and being very aggressive and now she makes the odd wimper. They have completely put me at ease and I wouldn't trust any where else with Winnies trims. Dale has over 17 years of experience to my knowledge and Desiree is so warm and welcoming! They are superstars. If you are on the fence about boarding your dog or just a simple trim like I do..you shouldn't be ! Your babies are safe with them

Love these guys, they take good care of my cat and know their stuff.

Very stressful experience. I emailed early in the week to ask about booking a nail trim for my cat. I was told not to make an appointment. I was instructed to call in a few minutes prior to coming in to make sure someone would be available. I called in Friday morning and was told to attend in the evening before 6 p.m. I arrived at 5:40 p.m. There is no parking; there is no arrow to direct a person as to what driveway is the exit and which is the entrance (it's a one way) I parked my car but anyone coming behind me would not be able to get by. I went in the front door and there was very little room. The only chair available was the receptionist chair. She instructed me to place my cat carrier on the chair. I was very uncomfortable. While waiting they were mopping the floors. I was instructed to be careful as floors were slippery. I waited 10 minutes. My cat is pretty laid back but he wasn't in this place. He curled himself up into a little ball in the corner of his carrier. I thought to myself "I don't want anybody in this place handling my cat,. I definitely don't want them trimming his nails. He is young and I want to make the experience a positive one so he'll be comfortable having his nails trimmed and being handled. The staff that I saw here (two of them) were stressed out themselves. So I left. I won't be back
