I have gone here a few times to have my aussiedoodle groomed and she came out with an even cut each time. Although, we will not go back because the few times we returned, my dog has been absolutely terrified - to the point where she squeezed out of her harness to get away. If you knew my dog, she loves people and even loves going to the vet! The fact that she would do anything to run from the place doesn't sit well with me.

I drive from Puslinch to bring my Maltese and Standard Labradoodle here. Brenda, Courtney and the staff are simply amazing! My dogs are so happy when I drop them off. You can trust this groomer with your pets. Please don’t rely on the last review that was posted, it is simply untrue. Brenda keeps her grooming business completely open, anyone can drop in and see how wonderful the staff is, and how great they treat all the animals there. It does not smell like cigarette smoke, it is a very clean and loving environment!

Brenda and her team do an amazing job on my girls every time! One of my dogs is a rescue and can be quite anxious. When I pick them up, they are happy and relaxed and they look amazing! Thanks to you and your team Brenda!

Regularly bring my miniature Australian Shepherd to Brenda and I couldn't be more pleased. My dog is usually quite anxiety ridden around new people but right from the start he felt comfortable with her. She has a real gift with animals...The grooming job she does is exceptional and she is always prompt and courteous...
